Room Rates and Taxes
The guaranteed lowest rate for the Hôtel Manoir sur le Cap will always be found on our website, our rates are in Canadian dollars, vary according to the season. Our rates are for single or double occupancy (maximum of two guests per room), the 15$ will be charged for each additional people. All our rates are subject to 5% federal tax, 9.975% provincial tax and 3.5% Tax on Lodging per night reserved. Please note that a 25$CAN pre-authorization will be taken on the credit card in order to confirm its validity. It will be unfrozen after 2-7 days. The total amount of your booking will be charged upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the first night of the reservation will be charged. If you decide to postpone your stay less than 7 days before your initial arrival date, the first night will also be charged. In the case of early departure, the total amount of the invoice will be charged. If you do not arrive the first day of your reservation, the cancellation policy is also applicable.

Non-Smoking Policy
A fee of $ 100 will be charged to customers who do not comply with our non-smoking policy to cover the costs to eliminate tobacco odors.

Arrival at the Hotel
Our front desk is not open 24 hours. If your arrival time is different from the time you give us when making your reservation, especially if you are planning on arriving during the evening, it is your responsibility to let us know.
